MEMBERSHIPS

​​Join Local Board of Realtors

​You must be registered with a board within 30 days of activating your license.

As a member of the local board of your choice, you are also a member of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
  • Norman (NBR):
    • Click Here to Begin Your Application
  • With any board membership, you will also start your SentriLock Membership, allowing you to show homes and hold open houses.
    • COST: $22 per month membership
    • $76.86 per lockbox (quarterly fee)
  • OKCMAR: Email [email protected] with your full name and license number to begin application
    • OKCMAR will email the Pre-Registration Form
    • One the pre-registration form is filled out, OKCMAR will email an invoice for the $150 application fee.
    • Once paid, OKCMAR will send email with access to the Member Portal and the main Registration Form.
    • Once the Registration Form is filled out, the remaining dues will be posted to the portal.
    • You will receive an email with Education Requirements and MLS Information
  • Ardmore (SOBR):
    • Email [email protected] with your full name and license number to begin application
  • With any board membership, you will also start your SentriLock Membership, allowing you to show homes and hold open houses.
    • COST: $22 per month membership
      • $140 per lockbox (not needed until you have a listing)

MLS OK

  • After Board Registration, you’ll receive an email with a link to register for MLS and your MLS Portal.
    • You’ll sign in with your License Number or your NRDS ID Number
    • If you have not received an email from MLS within 72 hours of Board Registration, reach out to MLS services at 405-841-5353 (Option 6)
  • Sign the License Agreement, create security questions & set password.
  • Access Transaction Desk & ShowingTime by logging into MLS & accessing your Dashboard.
    • Note: Transaction Desk and Showing Time will take up to 24 hours after registration to be activated.

Giving Back To The Community

KW Cares 
KW Cares is a 501c(3) public charity created to support Keller Williams Realty associates and their families with hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. Hardship is defined as a difficult circumstance that a person or family cannot handle without outside help. 

The charity is the heart of Keller Williams Realty culture in action- finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the Market Centers and communities where Keller Williams associates live and work.
KW Local Love​
Local Love is how we give back to our community and support our agents when it matters most.

You can be part of it by donating a set dollar amount from each closing. Small actions add up in a big way.

KW RED DAY - Each May We Give Where We Live!​
RED Day is KW’s annual day of giving back. Every second Thursday of May, agents, leaders, and associates step away from their daily business duties and venture out into their communities to Renew, Energize, and Donate.

Throughout the years, associates have built homes from the ground up, gathered and distributed food to those in need, organized relief efforts in the face of natural disasters, and raised tens of thousands of dollars for charities near and dear to their hearts and the hearts of their communities.

ALC

What is the Agent Leadership Council (ALC)?
The ALC is actively involved in the leadership of the company; holding ownership and management accountable to live within the budget and participates in attaining the goals of the Market Center (i.e., production, drive profit, education and standards and principles). This is NOT a sales meeting nor is it a complaint session. The ALC acts as the Market Center’s “Board of Directors”. They are the guardians of the culture. A covenant agreement of ALC responsibilities is entered into by all ALC members with the Team Leader.

One of the greatest aspects of the Keller Williams Realty model is the Agent Leadership Council. At Keller Williams Realty, our associates have “input” into the policies of the company. The ALC, which is available in every Keller Williams Market Center, is a truly active program for allowing agents to express themselves and participate in the policies of the company.

Market Center Subscription​

Your $?? monthly office bill covers the following:
Keller Williams Command
  • Manage, optimize, and run your real estate business from this exclusive cloud-based CRM created by Keller Williams.
Lonewolf​
  • Electronically prepare, manage, & sign agreements.
Print & Copy
  • 100 black and white copies included at no fee.
  • Additional copies are $.05 for black and white.
  • ​$0.25 for color copies.
Facility Provisions
  • Access to all locations and their amenities. Coffee, wifi, office computers, printing, scanning, copying, fax, and option to lease office space for an additional fee.
Conference Room Rental
  • There are three conference rooms in the Norman office available to rent at no additional cost.
E&O Insurance
  • Errors and omissions insurance, also known as E&O insurance and professional liability insurance, helps protect you from lawsuits claiming you made a mistake in your professional services.
Bill Cycle
  • Itemized office bills are emailed to agents on or before the 10th of each month. Office bills are due on the 21st of each month and will be auto-drafted using the credit card on file
  • There is a $25 late fee for all past due bills. Any unpaid balance will be withheld on any open closings. Unpaid office bills will result in your license being returned to OREC after 60 days. ​​
